What you do not may expect from us: 
no catering, no reception, no underground presence of the team, no tourist service (eg bicycle rental, city maps, excursions), no ongoing service during your stay (eg room service, cleaning), No lease agreement, no registration as main residence, unsuitable for families and party tigers

 

Rooms - What awaits you in your room:
Room size about 8 m2, single bed, Writing desk, Seating, Wardrobe, All rooms are lockable for security reasons, Heating (the control is done centrally via the building services), WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS,  TV set (Amazon Fire Wire Streamingstick with costs), Pictures of the individual rooms can be found directly at the "online booking", Pet stays on request.
 
The house rules forbid in the rooms: Smoking (smoking terrace available), cooking (please use the communal kitchen), hang up damp laundry (please use the laundry room). For damages the guest is fully liable.

 

Online booking -  Thats how it works:
 1. Click on the below link of your desired room.

2. register yourself as needed
3. Enter your check-in and check-out date (minimum: 27 days)
4. You will receive the total price displayed. Only the room rate for 1 month in advance will be charged.
After 30 days of    residence, the next charge will be for the next 30 days for long-term stays.
5. You need a credit card / prepaid card to pay.
6. If the booking is not possible (eg grayed out booking period) please send a booking request instead of a booking directly via the link of your selected room. We will contact you within a few hours with an alternative

Alternatively: 100% advanced bank transfer against invoice: Please send us an email with name, address, number of persons, arrival day, departure day. The bill has to be paid immediately. We do not accept non-binding reservations. Due to the cash register compulsory in Austria, we accept NO cash payments on the spot. There is NO payment possible by bank card or credit card.

Location:
... with ample parking and excellent transport links to the city by bus station on the doorstep. Essling is located between the Lobau in the Danube Auen National Park in the south, the Lower Austrian Marchfeld communities "Groß-Enzersdorf, Raasdorf and Aderklaa" in the east and north and the district of "Donaustadt Apsern and Breitenlee" in the west. The "Katastralgemeinde" covers an area of 1497.78 ha. In addition to the old village center are in "Essling" surrounded by agricultural area several settlements, including in the north "Neuessling" with the "Kienastsiedlung and Teufelsfeldsiedlung and the Invalidensiedlung", in the east the "Schippanisiedlung" and in the south the "Wegmayersiedlung". The "Schafflerhof "near the "Ostbahn" was once the farm of the manorial estate of "Essling".

 

Getting there:
Bus no. 98A - with a station right outside the front door - has a direct connection to the U2 station "Aspernstrasse" and thus to the city.

 

Surroundings:
The construction of the ECC Marchfeld Center in Gross-Enzersdorf (Lower Austria) - only about 4 minutes away by car - contributes significantly to the problem-free local supply at http://www.rutter.at/referenzen/marchfeld-center/.

The infrastructure in the surrounding area is developing due to its proximity to the new Viennese district "Seestadt Aspern" http://www.aspern-seestadt.at/
